Marcus N. Foster
Position: Director, President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Foster holds a Diploma from the Institute of Bankers, London, England. He was employed by Lloyds Bank in England prior to coming to Canada in 1974 to work for the Bank of Montreal and subsequently the Royal Bank of Canada. Since leaving the bank, he has been involved in several successful ventures including audio tape distribution. In 2005 he co-founded Axxent Engineering Ltd. which was sold in 2011.

He is currently President and CEO of Ross River Minerals Inc., a public company listed on the Toronto Venture Exchange and also serves as President and a Director of Harbour Pacific Minerals Inc. Mr. Foster specializes in the restructuring and financing of public and private companies.

 
Robert Jamieson
Position: Director and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Jamieson has been an active Chartered Accountant in British Columbia since 1977. Mr. Jamieson has been a self-employed Chartered Accountant in British Columbia for 31 years. Mr. Jamieson is also Chief Financial Officer and a director of Harbour Pacific Minerals Inc. and President and a director of Croydon Mercantile Corp. Mr. Jamieson obtained a Licentiate in Accounting from the University of British Columbia in 1973 and a Bachelors of Commerce (Finance) from the University of British Columbia in 1972.

 
Randall Saunders
Position: Director

Mr. Saunders obtained a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from the University of British Columbia in 1981. He is currently President, Chief Executive Officer,Secretary and a Director of Bonaparte Resources Inc., a public company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Saunders also provides corporate finance and business/risk analysis services for various national and international clients through Otway Investments Inc.

 
John Drove
Position: Director

Mr. Drove is a tax lawyer with expertise in the areas of estate planning, corporate re-organizations and corporate finance. He received his law degree at the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa in 1972 and was called to the bar in Johannesburg, South Africa in 1975. He practiced as a corporate and commercial solicitor until 1983 and then as a barrister until 1989. He moved to Canada where he practiced as a tax consultant in Vancouver from 1990 to 1995. He was called to the bar in British Columbia in 1996 and since then has practiced as a business and tax lawyer with several major law firms. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.

 
Timothy Marsh, Ph.D., P.Eng.
Position: Advisor

Dr. Marsh has over 25 years experience including Chief Geologist of Resolution Copper Company (a Rio Tinto Company), Kennecott Minerals Company on the Cortez Joint Venture in Nevada and AMT International (Manager of Exploration and Geology). Dr. Marsh holds a B.Sc. Geological Engineering from Colorado School of Mines, and a Doctorate of Philosophy in "Ore Deposits and Exploration" from Stanford University.
